The most costly issues on a joinery package are those identified after fabrication has begun.
Exceptional design comes to life through thoughtful engineering.
Exceptional interiors are the result of expertise, precision and a carefully managed manufacturing process.
Consistency is the foundation of exceptional craftsmanship.
With more than 10,000 bespoke residential projects completed, we have developed the experience to support highly customised solutions across a wide range of architectural requirements. Each commission benefits from a manufacturing process refined through years of collaboration with architects, interior designers and developers.

Colours, veneers and finishes can be developed specifically for each project and matched to a designer's reference sample. This allows the material palette to remain consistent across cabinetry, wall paneling, doors and other architectural elements, creating a coherent language throughout the interior.

Veneers are sourced from Europe and North America. Approximately the top 30 per cent of each delivery is accepted for production, a selection standard we refer to internally as the "10 Choose 3" Principle. Grain and figure are assessed for consistency across each batch, and natural variation is positioned deliberately within an elevation rather than eliminated from it.
The finishing process runs to 24 stages. Nine of these are sanding operations, followed by three base coats and two top coats, applied using German and Italian water-based lacquer systems. The objective is expressed internally as "see the wood, not the lacquer": a film thin enough that the grain remains perceptible to the touch.
Our material library brings together 58 material categories and 153 curated finishes and colours, continuously developed by our R&D team to respond to evolving design and specification requirements.
Surface finishes range from matte, high-gloss, open-pore and closed-pore lacquers to metallic surfaces, glass, leather and fabric. Hardware systems from Blum and Salice can be complemented by integrated lighting, sensor-operated mechanisms and other technologies, allowing functional elements to be incorporated seamlessly into the interior.
Our approach to material selection considers environmental performance, indoor air quality and long-term durability alongside aesthetics and technical requirements.
We prioritise carefully selected materials and water-based finishing systems, integrating environmental considerations into the manufacturing process from the earliest stages of each project.
TREGAZZE operates two advanced manufacturing facilities in Nantong and Jilin, spanning more than 110,000 m². Engineering, manufacturing, quality control and logistics are managed within our own production network, ensuring consistency, precision and complete control throughout every stage of the process.
TREGAZZE currently operates more than 100 independent showrooms. Internationally, our work extends to Portugal, Australia and North America, partnering with design professionals who require reliable manufacturing capabilities and consistent execution across different markets.
